Our process begins with a warm, collaborative consultation—whether we meet in person or connect virtually. This is our time to get to know you and the vision you’re dreaming up. We love to see your inspiration—Pinterest boards, mood boards, favorite images, etc. Together, we’ll explore your style, preferences, and the atmosphere you want your event to capture.
02. Creative Consultation & Questionnaire
Your designer creates a tailored proposal—complete with seasonal blooms, a curated color palette, and all the special touches like ribbons, vases, and candlelight. You’ll receive this within 5–7 business days. From there, we’d love to hear your thoughts so we can tweak, refine, and elevate the design until it feels like the one.
03. Proposal & Initial Design
Once everything on your proposal looks great, it's time to reserve your event date. We require a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% deposit based on your initial proposal. Dates are not held until a contract and deposit are received.
04. Booking & Deposit
We stay closely connected as we fine-tune your floral vision. You’re welcome to revisit design elements, share feedback, and ask questions along the way. We love ongoing collaboration—it ensures every detail feels beautifully aligned with your event.
05. Design Refinement & Collaboration
A few weeks before the event, we’ll review all floral elements, confirm logistics, and finalize your remaining payment. This is where everything comes together seamlessly.
04. Final Details & Payment
Our team handles all delivery and installations with care. We coordinate directly with the event planner to ensure everything arrives on time and in place.
07. Delivery & Setup
After the event concludes, we return to carefully break down all florals and rentals, working with your venue to leave the space spotless.
